Our approach is guided by internationally recognised standards, including the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the International Bill of Human Rights (including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights), and the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
In practice, this means supporting the elimination of forced and child labour, non-discrimination in employment, freedom of association and collective bargaining, and safe and healthy working conditions. These principles apply to our own operations and are also reflected in our expectations and dialogue with suppliers and business partners.
As a certified B Corp since 2023, we continue to develop our ways of working. Respecting human rights is an ongoing responsibility, and we aim to handle any potential impacts in a responsible way.
