We process the personal data about you with legal basis in GDPR article 6(1f) in the sales process, to deliver our products to the correct contact person and to know what person to contact in relation to product claims.

In order to comply with the Danish Accounting Act, we process your personal information for accounting purposes with legal basis in GDPR article 6(1c).

STORAGE AND ERASURE

The personal data we have collected about you for the purpose of providing our products B2B, we store for 5 years after the moment of purchase according to accounting regulation, unless it is necessary to prolong the storage for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

The personal information we have collected about you for the purpose of to improve the use of our website, we store for up to 2 years, unless it is necessary to prolong the storage for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

The personal information we have collected about you for the purpose of send out our newsletter, we store until you unsubscribe to our newsletter, unless it is necessary to prolong the storage for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

 

DOES ASTEP SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

Astep does not sell, rent or disclose our client’s names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information to any Astep entity.

To maintain our website, manage our database, distribute e-mails and provide client communications, Astep contracts with selected third parties. As necessary, the personal information you provide to us may be processed by these third parties.

We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties unless we are required to do so by law or in connection with a legal claim or proceeding. If Astep is acquired by another entity or is merged or consolidated, information about Astep customers may be made available to the new entity. However, the new entity will agree to protect the confidentiality of your personal information consistent with this privacy policy.
