While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

All products comply with appropriate safety and consumer regulations. Where appropriate, products offered from Astep ApS carry the CE mark. If a product is recalled for any reason, you will be contacted.
Under 18?
We only sell items to adults (i.e. those aged 18 or over). If you are under 18, you may use this Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

We accept credit or debit cards with the Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logos.
Shipping
Please Note for customers purchasing from outside Italy, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges. As such we will contact all international customers by either e-mail or telephone. If you have not heard from us within 7 days of placing your order, please do get in touch via the contact information at the bottom of this page.
Where applicable, we will also refund the tax on your order, however you may be liable to customs and import duty on your order, upon delivery. You can check our Delivery & Returns page or contact us for further information, but we advise that all international customers also contact their local authorities. Please note that all orders that are not to an address in Italy may be subject to the additional charges.
Cancelation
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exercise this right prior to dispatch of goods please contact us via the information at the bottom of this page. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our Returns information. Please note your right to return products does not apply on personalised items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, this cannot be guaranteed. Astep ApS shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Astep ApS shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Return
If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we’ll refund or replace – it’s that simple. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us no later than 28 days from the date you receive it including the original packaging, provided the item is in saleable condition and we will refund or replace the item(s) along with any standard delivery charges. Where expedited or bespoke shipping was requested we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on this cost. Return an item within 28 days in perfect condition together with original packaging and we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights. Please note that bespoke furniture, special orders, flat-packed items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, gift vouchers, personalised items, perishable goods and beauty items including toiletries and cosmetics can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Please complete the Exchange & Return Form included with your order and return it with the item. There is no need to contact us prior to returning an item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of you order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders. Liability
Astep’s total liability for any claim howsoever shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Astep to the customer. Astep shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Astep by statute. Astep cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. Astep does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until fourteen [14] days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement. When you place an order to purchase a product from Astep your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract. Astep endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, Astep does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this web site you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
